OUR LOVELY VILLA IN COSTA BRAVA
Villa Gavarres is a cozy and warmly decorated holiday villa in the Costa Brava, very suitable for larger groups of up to 12 people. Our lovely villa is quietly located on the edge of urbanization Mas Pere in Calonge. Above all, it has a lot of privacy and comfort, so you can enjoy your well-deserved holiday in peace.
Outdoors lounge
The terrace has 12 very comfortable sunbeds. Also, there is a children's sunbed and toys for the pool.
Main floor
On the first floor there is a cozy and warmly decorated kitchen and the bedrooms Xaloc and Llevant, perfect for parents with children as they share a bathroom. Of course, there is also access to the lovely covered terrace with a beautiful view.
Downstairs floor
At our downstairs floor you'll find the living room equipped with a Smart TV and access our outdoors lounge with two outside kitchens. On this floor you can also find our wine cellar, four of our bedrooms and three bathrooms.
Beautiful Villa Gavarres has many Spanish details, and we have done everything we can to make it as complete as possible. As a matter of fact, you will have a private swimming pool of 8 x 3.5 meters at your disposal, and you can use our 4 terraces around the villa. In fact, these also have wonderful shaded areas for when it gets too hot. Also, we count on two outdoor kitchens, one with a traditional atmosphere and equipped with a BBQ. Additionally, out outdoors lounge is equipped with a Black Bastard BBQ, wine fridge and extra cooling and even a dishwasher!
On the other hand, upstairs there is a lovely terrace in front and behind, a very cozy and complete kitchen with a lovely sofa, wood stove and a cooking island. Also, through the kitchen's patio doors you can walk onto the terrace (of 13 m2) and enjoy the great view which never gets boring. Paradise does not exist, but our beautiful villa in Costa Brava really comes close.
OUTDOORS of our villa
When leaving the coziness of our living room, you will find yourself immersed in a real natural park, views can't be better! Hear the birds singing from our swimming pool, relax around nature and enjoy our outside kitchens with BBQ and lounge. Most importantly, our garden is child-friendly, partly closed by gates for the most little ones.
our villa's MAIN FLOOR
On this floor are two bedrooms (very suitable as family rooms on a B&B basis) both with two single beds of 80x200 cm (which slide together). Firstly, our Xaloc bedroom is a large "master bedroom" with air conditioning and ensuite bathroom with spacious double walk-in shower, bath, 2 sinks and toilet. Secondly, here you will also find our Llevant bedroom, ideal for children, as it shares a bathroom with the Xaloc bedroom.
DOWNSTAIRS FLOOR in our villa
One floor below is the cozy furnished living room with a large cozy sitting area, wood stove, air conditioning and bodega. To sum up, here you will find a Smart T.V.55 inch is equipped with a chromecast. In addition, there is a DVD and a surround system. Furthermore, if you want to enjoy the views, there is a sliding door to a partly covered terrace (13m2) with a truly beautiful relaxing view over The Gavarres nature. Of course, in this floor you will also find the swimming pool, the outdoor kitchen with BBQ and our wonderful lounge.
On the other hand, our downstairs floor also counts on 4 bedrooms, 2 of which are equipped with double beds of 160x200 cm and air conditioning. Galerna bedroom is indeed indoors, but the new ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet and sink makes up for it. Moreover, our Cierzo bedroom also has its own shower, toilet and sink.
You will enter Tramontana bedroom through a very beautiful antique wooden door in Poniente bedroom, which you can close completely. Certainly, this bedroom also has its own toilet, shower and sink and has a double bed of 160x200 cm and air conditioning. But most importantly, all bedrooms are all very warm, complete and cozy decorated. In fact, Tramontana and Poniente bedrooms are ideal for families when booking on a B&B basis.
